I couldn’t let the soon-to-be summer’s end pass without a nod to the school calendar…in this case, not back to school. Twelve adults + twenty-three kids + 1 lazy afternoon + fantastic weather = …well, I don’t know what it equals, but it was loads of fun.

Food, friends, and fun…what a great combination.

It’s really hard for someone like me, who is used to the public school mentality, to let go and trust the kids to take ownership of their education.
